Flatland makes appointments for you to view the best priced studios, bedsits, flat/houseshares and flats/houses in Central London and suburban areas. We are the leading budget agent and offer long and short term accommodation.The properties on this website are typical examples of the properties in the 3-5 storey Victorian Houses that we work with but may not specifically be available to rent when you require. To check availability you can visit our office for a free consultation, no appointment necessary, we are open 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 5pm on Saturdays. Flatland residential appointment service specialises in Budget Accommodation. We have Studios to rent from £90 per week, Bedsits from £60 per week, Flats from £170 per week and Flatshares from £65 per week in most areas of Central London. We produce a free daily list of vacancies available for viewing which can be accessed by sending a blank email to flatlandv@yahoo.com for an automated copy. Please note some properties on this site, where the current tenants have given a months notice, are not available for viewing until those current tenants have vacated.

Since 1971, Flatland has built relationships with over 4,000 Landlords in most areas of Central London, Zones 1 & 2 plus Zone 3. These Landlords phone, fax and email through their vacancies, therefore our extensive flat list is constantly changing with new flats becoming vacant on a daily basis. Flatland provides a service of making appointments for you to meet with Landlords to view their properties. There is no limit to the number of flats you can see in a day. We will make appointments for you to see flats every day until you find the right flat.

Once you have chosen your ideal flat, you don't come back to Flatland. You deal directly with the Landlords who organise the contract, collect any references required, and you pay your deposit and rent directly to the Landlord. As you deal with the Landlord, there is no commission charged on the rent, so we can ensure you pay the cheapest price possible for your flat. When you are dealing with a private Landlord you do not normally pay a administration charge to set up the tenancy. You also have peace of mind that our Landlords are honest and trustworthy, as we have been dealing with them for many years, some even since 1971, when we first established Flatland.
